jjjt Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules

01 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of jjjt, accessible at jjjt.onl and through the jjjt Android app. The platform is operated by the jjjt team and provides online sports betting, Live Casino, Fish Games and related gaming services for registered players.

By completing the account registration process on jjjt, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you access the platform on behalf of another person, you accept these Terms on their behalf and represent that you have the authority to do so.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between translated versions, the English text takes precedence. The Terms apply to all users accessing jjjt from Pakistan and are specifically designed with Pakistani players in mind, including all PKR payment and sports coverage references throughout.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on jjjt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts, automated registrations and registrations by third parties are not permitted.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during the registration process. Providing false identity details, a false date of birth or fraudulent contact information will result in immediate account suspension.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended jjjt account. Only one account per person is permitted at any time. If jjjt identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held within them.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and in compliance with the laws applicable to your personal circumstances. jjjt does not make representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction and users are responsible for their own compliance.

jjjt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any time a review is deemed necessary. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension pending resolution.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jjjt username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including friends or family members. jjjt staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances — if you receive any such request, treat it as a fraudulent communication and report it to support.

Any activity that occurs under your account login is treated as authorised by you and is your responsibility. This includes bets placed, withdrawals requested, game sessions entered and any changes made to your account details. If you believe your account has been accessed without your knowledge, contact jjjt support immediately to request a temporary account lock while the situation is investigated.

You are responsible for keeping your registered mobile number, email address and payment account details up to date. Outdated contact details may delay account verification, withdrawal processing or important account notifications. You can update your details through your account settings or by contacting support directly.

• Use a strong, unique password for your jjjt account.
• Do not save your jjjt login on shared or public devices.
• Log out fully after each session when using a shared device.
• If your registered phone or email is compromised, update your jjjt credentials immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

jjjt processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported payment channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfers, standard bank transfers and debit cards. All payment methods used on jjjt must belong to and be in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to someone other than the jjjt account holder — are not permitted and will be returned where practically possible or held pending review.

Deposits are typically credited to your jjjt balance promptly following payment confirmation from the relevant provider. Processing times can vary by payment method and may occasionally be delayed by the payment provider's own systems — these delays are outside jjjt's direct control. If a deposit does not credit within the expected window, contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to your current VIP tier. VIP Diamond members receive top-queue withdrawal handling, while Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze tiers each have their own relative processing priority. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard. jjjt reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large-amount requests.

jjjt does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges — these are independent of jjjt and are not within jjjt's control or responsibility.

05 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on jjjt covers cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and bilateral series), football, esports and other available markets. All bets must be placed before the relevant market closes, which in the case of in-play betting means before the specific event or outcome within the match resolves.

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority — for cricket matches, this is typically the official scorecard confirmed by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic matches. In the case of abandoned or void matches, the standard settlement rules applicable to that market type will apply, which may include full void and stake return or partial settlement depending on the stage at which play ended.

• All bets once confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled by the player.
• jjjt reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by obvious pricing errors, technical faults or incomplete market data at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation.
• In-play betting is available on selected matches and markets. Odds during in-play are dynamic and may change between selection and confirmation — you will always see the confirmed odds at the time your bet is accepted.
• Any evidence of match-fixing, manipulation or coordinated betting behaviour will result in immediate account suspension and full bet review without settlement.

jjjt's decisions on bet settlement, void markets and dispute resolution are final. If you believe a settlement is incorrect, you may contact support with your bet reference and a description of the dispute within 7 days of settlement.

06 Live Casino & Fish Games

Live Casino on jjjt provides real-time dealer table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger and other available titles. Fish Games are skill-influenced arcade-style games available at various PKR stake levels. All gaming sessions are governed by the rules displayed within the game itself, which take precedence over any general description on the jjjt website for game-specific mechanics.

Stakes, bet limits and payout structures for all Live Casino and Fish Game titles are displayed within the game interface before and during play. You are responsible for reviewing these before placing any stakes. jjjt is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or payout mechanics.

In the event of a technical interruption during a Live Casino session or a Fish Game round — such as a lost internet connection on your end or a platform-side technical issue — incomplete rounds will be resolved according to each game's disconnection policy. jjjt will not automatically credit winnings from rounds that cannot be verified as fully completed due to connection loss on the player's side.

07 VIP Programme

The jjjt VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All newly registered accounts begin at Bronze tier automatically. Tier progression is based on cumulative qualifying activity across the jjjt platform and is calculated automatically — no manual application is required.

Each VIP tier provides an automatic cashback percentage applied to net losses within the qualifying period, plus tiered withdrawal processing priority. The specific cashback percentages, tier thresholds and withdrawal priority levels applicable to each tier are detailed on the VIP page and may be updated by jjjt from time to time with reasonable prior notice.

• Cashback is credited to your jjjt balance according to the schedule outlined on the VIP page.
• VIP tier status may be reviewed if account activity falls below the minimum threshold for a sustained period.
• Abuse of VIP cashback — including through coordinated loss creation with other accounts or deliberate manipulation of qualifying activity — will result in cashback forfeiture and possible account suspension.
• jjjt reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice. Accrued cashback at the time of any programme change will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time it was earned.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

jjjt may offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free bet credits or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion will have its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and expiry periods. These individual promotion terms are published alongside the promotion itself and form part of these overall Terms.

Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific requirements will be clearly stated within each promotion. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds may be forfeited at jjjt's discretion.

Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational players. Any attempt to exploit, abuse or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play or pattern betting designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal actual risk — will result in the removal of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jjjt platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account, sharing an account with another person or accessing another player's account without their permission.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software tools or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the jjjt platform including odds scanning, automated betting or game play.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing mistakes or technical vulnerabilities in games or bet markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino table games, coordinating bets with connected parties in sports markets or engaging in any form of match manipulation.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using the jjjt platform for any form of financial crime including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, forged or misleading identity or payment documentation during verification.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, account suspension or VIP review decisions by registering a new account.
• Using abusive, threatening or harassing language toward jjjt support staff or other platform users.

jjjt takes all reports of prohibited conduct seriously. If you believe another user is engaging in any of the above, contact support with any relevant information and jjjt will investigate accordingly.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

jjjt reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is a breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, evidence of prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account is considered a risk to the platform's integrity or other users.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending bets or game sessions will be settled according to their normal outcome. Verified PKR balances will be held and returned to the account holder following resolution of the investigation, unless the suspension results from fraud, money laundering or coordinated abuse — in which case balance forfeiture may apply.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting jjjt support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any confirmed PKR balance at the time of voluntary closure will be available for withdrawal prior to final account closure, subject to verification requirements being met.

11 Limitation of Liability

jjjt provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and service quality, jjjt does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any part of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages or third-party payment provider issues may occasionally affect service availability.

jjjt is not liable for losses you incur due to platform downtime, payment processing delays outside jjjt's direct control, your own internet connectivity issues, device failures or actions taken in good faith based on information that was accurate at the time it was published but subsequently changed.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by applicable law. jjjt's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

12 Responsible Gaming

jjjt is an entertainment platform for adults aged 18 and above. We strongly encourage all players to treat gaming and betting as a leisure activity with a defined personal budget, rather than as a source of income or a way to recover previous losses. The unpredictable nature of betting outcomes means that losses are a normal part of the experience and should only ever represent money you are comfortable setting aside for entertainment purposes.

Players who feel that their gaming activity is becoming difficult to manage are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available through their account or by contacting jjjt support. jjjt does not target or market the platform toward vulnerable individuals or anyone who has previously self-excluded. If you have previously self-excluded and believe you have been incorrectly re-activated, contact support immediately.

13 Privacy & Data

jjjt collects and processes personal data provided during registration, account use and payment transactions. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, provide customer support, conduct identity verification and comply with applicable obligations. Full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained and your rights in relation to it are set out in the jjjt Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By creating a jjjt account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting jjjt support, subject to any retention obligations that apply.

14 Changes to These Terms

jjjt may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, payment methods, legal requirements or general operational needs. When material changes are made, jjjt will notify registered users through the platform or via their registered contact details with reasonable advance notice before the updated Terms take effect.

Continued use of the jjjt platform after the notified effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any confirmed PKR balance.
